Tough day

Though day for the ex-smoker I am. It's been a year since I quit smoking, wihtout too much difficulty. But today, for no particular reason, I keep hearing that voice in my head, wich usally go after a short while, urging me to buy a pack. But No, I won't, I can't, I Must resist!
